We qualify as pioneers because we are some of the first in a new traditional neighborhood town in a small city in the south. We are reconceptualizing the need to "own acreage" -- long a goal of people in the south.

So our neighbors will be near by, our friends will be formulated by proximity, and we will learn to share common ground, both physical ground and relationships.
